It's implied that two people are about to initiate phone sex in semi graphic detail. Characters spy on them and listen in, however this is cut off. This is about the only sexual scene in the film nothing graphic at all and shouldn't be included in why the movie has an R rating. Really tame for an R rated film PG-13 movies have stronger sexual refrences in them

An intense car chase/shootout takes place at the end. The cars smash into each other and multiple bullets tear through the windows narrowly missing the driver and cameraman.

A car nearly hits three people, a gun is pulled by one of them who shoots at it but doesn't hit anyone.

Two men scuffle and tumble to the floor.

Someone is punched in the face at full force causing him to fall to the ground and bleed from his nose. He jumps onto the other guy, slamming him into objects behind. Mostly played for laughs.
