The opening scene begins with a guy being martyrd by having stones thrown at him, several hit his head and and cause him to bleed. A large stone is then thrown at his head (not shown). More heartwrenching then violent.

A group of knights see thieves in the distance and several of the knights leave and return with the thieves severed hands. Not to graphic.

A man bites another man's neck artery, presumably killing him.

A man has a shield driven into his mouth repeatedly. His jaw and face are shown EXTREMELY GRAPHIC and gory, however it is contained to brief shots of impact.

Many instances of graphic violence and gore right from the beginning and throughout the entire film. (Stronger sequences include stoning, hacking off limbs, skull-splitting and decapitation, and a particularly vicious scene where a man gets his head split in half by having a shield bashed in to it several times).
