Regression (2015)

Set in Minnesota, the story follows detective Bruce Kenner who investigates the case of young Angela who accuses her father of having abused her. The man claims not to remember what happened, but admits his guilt. Psychologist Raines intercedes to help him recall the memories he is repressing. However, what he discovers is a sinister conspiracy. This thriller by Alejandro Amenábar is terrifying and intriguing, with a fascinating script that keeps you on edge until the end of the film.
