A thud is heard, and people gather around a window to see a man who has committed suicide by jumping off a building. We see his dead body and a pool of blood on a nearby piece of concrete. Not much injury detail, however may still be disturbing. People talk about it in a casual tone, which adds to the darkness of the society.

The film also contains mild references about humans who are afflicted with the disease committing or attempting suicide.
