Storyline:  Stanley Crawford, a magician known as Wei Ling Soo, has built his career exposing fraudulent spiritualists. Invited to investigate Sophie Baker, a young medium praised for her supposed powers, he intends to unmask her and her mother’s schemes. Yet, as he spends time with Sophie, Stanley begins to doubt his convictions—and realizes he may be falling in love with her.
