Lengthy female breast nudity of a topless female is featured for a minute & a half.

Lengthy full frontal female nudity is displayed of a female on an operating table having her limbs & breasts cut off by a male & profanities carved into her nude body while she is still alive.

A man gets shot in the head while driving and blood spatters. This scene is very brief.

Art the Clown tries to suffocate a woman by placing a plastic bag over her head.

A man has is killed via hacksaw. You do not see the murder but you do see Art the Clown decapitating a man as well as cutting off the man's arms.

A woman is whipped with chains and at one point her cheek is cut.

There are two car crashes that occur.

"Shit" and "fuck" are said a few times.

Words such as "cunt," "slut," and "bitch" are shown at the end of the film.

As with the later "Terrifier" films, Art the Clown is very sadistic. He not only tortures murders his victims but takes joy in mutilating his victims to the extreme.

The entire film has a very downbeat tone and can be very frightening, as Art the Clown is a villain the characters can not escape from, no matter what they try to do.
