The younger of the two main characters takes off her pyjama top. You see her in a bra for roughly ten seconds.

A woman is interrupted whilst going to the toilet. Her thighs are visible, but nothing too sensitive is shown.

Some name-calling (idiot, nuts). Ass, and its variants, piss (in the sense of urination and being 'pissed off'), and shit are all used sparingly. Roughly half a dozen uses of fuck.

A main character is seen smoking, and there is a reference to being stoned.

There are a handful of creepy scenes, but they are spread quite far apart for this type of film.

A ghostly voice that sounds like a little girl can be heard in the background four or five times throughout.

Multiple jumpscares. The first few are fake ones. Included amongst these are a doll that suddenly crashes onto the floor in front of the camera, a woman appearing at one end of a corridor after being seen at the other just seconds before, and a basement door closing very loudly.
