Storyline:  In St. Jude Square, fear reigns as gangs led by Dash and Antuan terrorize the streets. When Ryan Hong arrives, he uses his martial arts mastery and the guidance of his mentor Tiano to turn the gangs against each other and restore hope. But his mission draws the wrath of Mr. V, a corrupt police chief who sees Hong as a threat to his control over the town.
