Storyline:  When aliens invade Earth, untrained officer Major Cage is forced into combat and killed—only to wake up the previous day. Caught in a time loop triggered by alien blood, he relives the brutal battle repeatedly. With each loop, Cage improves, teaming with war hero Rita Vrataski to find and destroy the aliens' source of power.
