Storyline:  Sam foresees a deadly bridge collapse during a work retreat and rushes his co-workers and boss off the bus before disaster strikes. The few who escape believe the danger has passed, but the survivors start dying one by one. As the pattern becomes clear, Sam tries to understand the sequence of deaths and search for a way to stop the next loss before time runs out.
