Twice in the movie, Goat Man (David Duchovny) is shown naked from behind.

Goat Man grows marijuana in a greenhouse and we see it a few times.

There are hints in the film that the mother may be abusing prescription medications, but nothing explicit is mentioned about it.

The main character is given some prescription pain killers from a girl after he gets hit in the face.
