When he meets Lancaster Dodd, the charismatic leader of a growing religious movement, he becomes his right-hand man. Directed by Paul Thomas Anderson, this uncomfortable psychological drama with its absorbing atmosphere and hypnotic performances is a film about faith that will not leave you indifferent.
