At the end of the movie, the main character gave up his Playboy magazines to the neighbor. When the neighbor receives it, one magazine shows a woman, what look like a white body suit. No topless women.
After Nick urinates in the bushes, he hears something, he looks into his neighbors window and sees a husband and wife using BDSM gear with the wife using a strap-on on the husband. No nudity but still graphic and lasts about a minute.
