A man and a woman are seen completely naked having sex. The man's bare butt (only nudity) is seen thrusting into the woman.

Lucetta (Milla Jovovich) is seen walking naked. Her pubic region isn't visible but her breasts are and she caresses them.

A woman tells a man that she isn't wearing panties and she puts his hand below her skirt and finger movement is seen. The woman moans and she grabs the man's crotch but the man stops and the woman seems disappointed.

A man and a woman's skin are seen (her legs wrapped around him.) The man thrusts into her but we then see a woman thrusting on top of the man. No nudity is seen but it is referenced later that she gave him oral sex.

Lucetta's (Milla Jovovich's) breasts are visible as she lies on a bed after she and Jack (Robert De Niro) have sex.

Stone (Edward Norton) tells Jack (Robert De Niro) that he misses having sex with his girlfriend (he is descriptive.)

Two men rush towards a man and throw him against a wall. One of the men pulls out a knife and stabs the man in the back. The man puts his hand over the wound and his hand is stabbed and is thrown to the ground. A man in a cell watches and leans down. One of the men repeatedly stabs the man several times and many people watch. Blood splashes against the man in the cells face and blood wounds are seen. Two guards rush in and remove the two men.

A man walks into a home and see's a man dead and a woman dead with her foot removed off (we see the graphic wound.) The man pours gasoline on the two of them and lights it with a match. The man sits there and watches the match and says that he enjoyed it.

A woman tells a man she is leaving him. The man grabs a child and opens a window. The man holds the child's head out the window and threatens to throw the child out. He does not and puts her back on a bed.

A man holds a gun to another man and threatens to kill him. The man does not shoot him and the other man walks away.

Numerous swears are uttered by most of the characters throughout the film.

A number of characters are shown smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol.
