Film starts off with a woman, panning from her feet up. The lady is in heels and a red short low-cut dress as she tries to be seductive.

A man's eyes start to bleed and his head blows up. A car is hit and the two passengers are bloody. Blood sprays onto a doctor as a man drills into his neck offscreen. There are some fight scenes. Many people are shot in the head and chest (occasionally bloody). A woman is smothered.
