Storyline:  The film focuses on the life of Betty Anne Waters, whose brother Kenny was sentenced to life imprisonment for a crime he did not commit. Betty, who works as a waitress in a bar, divorced and with two children, believes in her brother and decides to study law to eventually save him. Based on true events and with captivating performances by Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell, this thriller tells an inspiring story full of subtleties, emotions and melodrama.
