Wicked (2024)

The first part of the film adaptation of the hit Broadway musical, starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, follows the story of Elphaba, a young girl who faces social rejection for her unusual green skin as she attends the prestigious Shiz University in the Land of Oz. There she strikes up a friendship with the popular Glinda, impresses everyone with her talent for magic and discovers hidden truths about power and injustice in her world.
