Storyline: In 1937 New York, high school student Richard Samuels unexpectedly joins Orson Welles’ Mercury Theatre and earns a role in Welles’ modern staging of Julius Caesar. Immersed in the intense, volatile rehearsal process, he is guided by production assistant Sonja Jones while witnessing Welles’ demanding methods and facing the realities of ambition and artistic sacrifice.
