The Boat That Rocked (2009)

Set in England during the 1960s, the film tells the story of Radio Rock, an underground radio station. With the BBC only broadcasting two hours of rock and roll a week, this radio station built up an audience of millions with its 24 hours a day of rock and pop programming. The story focuses on the people involved in running it, a very peculiar group. With an incredible soundtrack and an ideal cast, director Richard Curtis delivers an effective, ironic and emotional comedy. If you've never seen it, don't miss it!
