Storyline:  David Sumner, a Hollywood screenwriter, moves with his wife Amy to their hometown in the southern United States after the death of her father. While trying to sell a family home, David tries to finish his screenplay. However, the couple's arrival awakens old resentments with townspeople, including Amy's ex-boyfriend, triggering a crisis in the couple. The film is a remake of the 1971 film directed by Sam Peckinpah. A visceral, disturbing and suspenseful thriller.
