Teen Titans: Trouble in Tokyo (2006)

The Teen Titans travel to Japan to confront a new threat to their city: the dichromatic ninja Saico-Tek. As the Titans engage in a tense chase through the city, their pursuit leads them to the Titans' Tower, where they interrogate Saico-Tek with the help of a translation program. However, their prisoner manages to escape, leaving behind a clue that points to his mysterious master, Brushogun. Now the Titans must embark on a dangerous quest to uncover Brushogun's identity and put an end to his nefarious plans before it's too late.
