We see parents of a young woman identifying her body in a morgue and they scream and cry in disbelief (we see her on the table covered with a sheet and her face is tinged blue).
A woman swerves and almost hits an animal, she then finds a dismembered woman on the side of the road (blood is shown on her clothes).
Two blocks of dry ice are clamped onto a young woman's hand, the skin pulls away when the blocks are removed, a liquid is poured onto the hand which has turned black, and one finger is sawed off with what looks like a glass blade (we see blood, and we hear squishing and crunching and tearing as the camera lingers on the process).
A woman forcefully closes a door on a man's arm and begins severing his hand off with a chunk of glass (blood shown splattering everywhere).
We see another view of the gloved hand going down the bloody striptease pole. We then see the woman remove that glove, with a finger falling out (we see blood on the severed digit as well as the hand having to be accumulated from her twin being tortured).
A killer uses a tip of a blade and punctures a woman's arm (blood shown).
A man goes inside the house of a serial killer and he does not come out; his daughter goes looking for him and finds a blood bucket and something covered in a plastic sheet, she discovers him dead on an operating table in a pool of blood.
We see the killer behind a woman who initially isn't aware he's there. The killer rips off her prosthetic arm and knocks her out with it.
