Sid and Pierre enter a strip club where women are dressed in lingerie. One woman who is in front of them appears to be topless, wearing only a thong, but only her back is seen. As we pan down under the woman, she then yanks off her thong in front of Sid and Pierre, causing the two boys to slurp their drinks from their straws, but no explicit nudity is seen.

Virgile, who is under the control of the Hellphone, stands on a cafeteria table and dances to a crowd of people in a school cafeteria. He goes to another table and performs a striptease dance by undressing himself to his underwear and tie. He can also been seen grabbing his buttocks with both hands for a split second. He then grabs a food tray and uses it to cover himself as he takes off his underwear. Finally, he throws away the tray and stands completely naked in front of everyone in the cafeteria. Aside from his bare buttocks, no explicit nudity is seen.

In the kitchen scene there is a charachter who, while under the spell of the Hellphone, stabs herself multiple times and with multiple knives, then she slamms a toothpick into her forehead. As she slumps down to the floor dead we see all of the knives in her body along with a considerable amount of blood. Another charachter is stabbed in the back with an electric knife and then electrocuted while on a rampage with a chain saw.

In a classroom scene a charachter gulps down a hazardous chemical and then immediately bloats with skin shown melting from the chemical reaction.
