The Last King of Scotland (2006)

After moving to Uganda to work in a clinic, Scottish doctor Nicholas Garrigan is swept into the inner circle of dictator Idi Amin. As Amin’s personal physician, Garrigan witnesses the horrors behind the regime and realizes too late he’s trapped in a deadly web of power and violence. Now, he must find a way to escape before it’s too late.
