Unstoppable (2010)

Plot Summary

Frank is an experienced train driver about to be fired, and Will is a young apprentice, a candidate to replace him. When the two find themselves on an unstoppable train loaded with toxic chemicals, the looming scenario is one of destruction of nearby towns and environmental disaster. An action film based on real events, with Denzel Washington and Chris Pine, utterly effective and highly entertaining, particularly due to the tension arising from the threat of disaster.
