On several occasions, we hear very loud crashing sounds and are told that it is people jumping from the building.

The whole atmosphere of the documentary is violent, given the nature of the terrorist attack. We see dead bodies, and some blood. It's very graphic although not super graphic to the point where it's just carnage. Most of the worst footage are somewhat tamed down. The shots of the Towers being on fire is creepy and diabolical.

You never see any blood or anything like that but it's implied.

At the very end when the firemen enter a store there is a man throwing up in a trashcan because of dust/fear/stress and when they are back at the firehouse there are a lot of firemen in distress/shock + a fireman violently throwing up in a thrashcan.
