On several occasions, we hear very loud crashing sounds and are told that it is people jumping from the building.
Cinemax content advisory for the more extreme uncensored version of the documentary: rated TV-MA-LV for violence (V) and adult language (AL). BBFC 18 for the uncensored version.
The whole atmosphere of the documentary is violent, given the nature of the terrorist attack. We see dead bodies, and some blood. It's very graphic although not super graphic to the point where it's just carnage. Most of the worst footage are somewhat tamed down. The shots of the Towers being on fire is creepy and diabolical.
You never see any blood or anything like that but it's implied.
