Storyline:  Alex Kerner lives with his mother, Christiane, and his sister Ariane, in East Germany before the fall of the Berlin Wall. Christiane, a proud socialist, falls into a coma for 8 months and when she wakes up, capitalism has already prevailed. With her heart still weak, Alex must make her believe that everything remains the same, although the truth is in plain sight. This successful german film is an amusing tragicomedy remarkable for its masterful sense of irony and believable emotional depth. Check it out!
