Storyline:  After an unexpected revelation from his girlfriend, Mitch moves into a new house very close to a college campus. His two best friends, Frank and Beanie, hang out with him and all three experience adulthood in a similar way, so they decide to be the leaders of an unprecedented fraternity whose purpose is to have fun and live indefinitely in "party mood".
