Mr. Deeds (2002)

Deeds, played by the hilarious Adam Sandler, is a small-town pizzeria owner who suddenly inherits $40 billion. Faced with greedy opportunists, he introduces honesty into business management, challenging the financial sharks. Babe, a tabloid journalist, who originally intended to leverage him for a news story falls for Deeds' sincerity. While wealth has the power to alter everything, he realizes it doesn't inherently need to transform who he is.
