In one segment "Sumo Wrestling", Many of the Big Brother crew (wearing nothing but underwear) wrestle in a backyard like sumo wrestlers, by the end of one of the matches a person rips off another person's underwear (their butt is shown).

A few scenes of male nudity in the credits, even one is very graphic. Some scenes of male butts and brief breast nudity, the most explicit out of the bunch is a close-up shot a cow's penis.

The film contains a few segments featuring extreme and harmful acts/stunts, mainly the ones featuring Jackass star Johnny Knoxville, as he gets taxed, getting ran over by a car and skating on a vert ramp, without knowing how to skate. While there's no blood or graphic detail, it's pretty intense and violent.

Occasional gross-out imagery, such as Johnny Knoxville pulling out real-life poop out of a toilet (comical, yet shocking and gross), then he pranks the waitress after ordering his food, by replacing the Italian sausage with the pile of fecal matter. While this is done largely for a comedic manner, this is still very gross. Couple people throw up after drinking beer.

In one segment, Jackass star Steve-O performs some risky and dangerous stunts such as jumping off from great lengths, doing backflips and even burning his face a couple of times.

Some skating injuries such as scrapes, skin getting peeled and bloody marks.

A man gets violently attacked by a tiger, with some (unrealistic) blood shown. However, this is all done for a comedic and cheaply silly effect.

We see in a first-person view, of a horse pooping on-screen. This is gross and graphic, even if it lasts for ten seconds.
