Aimee McPherson drew thousands to her Hollywood Temple, healing the sick, speaking in tongues, and raising the dead. She even stopped the rain in Kansas. Until, the miracles stopped in 1926 when she mysteriously disappeared. The film poignantly addresses her search for love. She could heal the multitudes, but she could not heal her own broken heart.
