Storyline:  In 1965, Ernesto “Che” Guevara resigns from his Cuban government posts to pursue his mission of spreading revolution abroad. Arriving in Bolivia under a false identity in 1966, he forms a small guerrilla force with Cuban comrades, determined to ignite an uprising. Yet Guevara soon faces crushing realities: scarce resources, worsening asthma, and a peasantry unwilling to embrace his cause. As the US-backed Bolivian army closes in, Che and his men fight a desperate battle against impossible odds, a struggle that will cement his tragic destiny and transform him into an enduring revolutionary icon.
