Storyline:  A king commits suicide from remorse and instructs his son to pursue peace. The king's brother conceals the suicide note, fabricating evidence of enemy assassination to manipulate the prince into seeking vengeance. The brother's scheme involves the prince's death enabling his own succession. The prince departs with his advisor, whom the brother coerces through family threats to assassinate the prince. The advisor's wife discovers documentary evidence contradicting the brother's narrative, prompting further manipulative countermeasures from the conspirator.
