Plot Summary

Tony Stark is an intellectual billionaire with sharp wit and charismatic presence, who creates and sells weapons of war. When he goes through a hostage situation he applies his inventiveness and resilience to become the hero Iron Man, armed with a high technological suit. This opening film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe introduces the hero who would be established as one of its most iconic and beloved by fans.
