Storyline:  Shaun, an unambitious appliance salesman, goes through a personal crisis when his girlfriend Liz, tired of his lifestyle, leaves him. As he tries to save their relationship, a zombie apocalypse unexpectedly breaks out in the city. Taking refuge in the local pub with his best friend Ed, Shaun organizes the other survivors, with more clumsiness than strategy, determined to change his life and show what he is capable of.
