Storyline:  Jane and Roxy Ryan are twins, but also polar opposites. They both travel to Manhattan, the outstanding Jane to participate in a scholarship and the rebellious Roxy to go to the recording of a musical band. But everything gets complicated in this witty comedy when they get involved in a black market transaction, are chased by a school security guard and accused of stealing the senator's pet. Thus begins a series of chases and adventures where the sisters must put their differences aside. Will they be able to do it together?
