In this mixture of screwball and situational crime comedy based on the classic Parker Brothers game Clue (or Cluedo), all the classic Clue characters are now on the run together for various reasons. Mrs. Peacock, a seemingly nice old American lady who's actually a ruthless black widow responsible for the death of her numerous husbands, is on the lam with her seemingly simple maid Mrs. White, who's actually wanted for blackmail. Professor Plum, a chemist obsessed with explosives, poisons and murder who looks like a quaint book worm, is on the run with Mr. Green, an obese mob accountant with a suitcase full of money he stole from his gangster employers. Spy duo of Asian-European, Miss Scarlet, and elderly Brit in safari clothes, Colonel Mustard, is after a microfilm that the UK wants. The mustached French-sounding Mr. Brunette, who always wears his characteristic fake eye patch and a beret, is on the run from the IRS with his partner in crime Miss Peach, a seemingly nice southern girl with a charming southern drawl. Madame Rose, a self-proclaimed medium, goes on the run after being sued for "psychic fraud" and Sgt. Gray, a homicidal maniac with amnesia who's now become a noble security guard, goes after her to give her back the rope she dropped during her escape from the hotel where he works. The gang is chased after by an Interpol inspector called Pry who also serves as the game's host and explains its rules and gameplay to the players. The crooks all meet at a hotel in France where they plan what to do next as well as how to backstab each other. When Pry locates them, they move to Tangier, Morocco, where they have to work after running out of money. Pry goes undercover to infiltrate the group, but they see through his disguise and take him hostage debating what to do with him next. In the third and final chapter, the gang travels to Rangoon, Burma (or Myanmar) to find the microfilm the two spies are after and sell it to the Chinese to get rich and retire from the life of crime. Unfortunately, none of them speaks the local language, so miscommunication leads to more shenanigans. Throughout the game, it's established that whenever Sgt. Gray is hit on the head, his mind becomes a sort of clean slate due to his amnesia, and whomever he's told to be at that moment, he becomes that person. Throughout the adventure, the gang uses this whenever they need a professional of some kind, whether it's a hotel manager or a lineman, but Gray's personality sometimes also changes by accident when he simply overhears the words homicidal maniac or Interpol inspector, which then turns him into a dangerous nuance who often jeopardizes the gang's plans.
