A man and woman are having an affair throughout the movie.

A man uses his foot to stimulate a married woman after she tells him she doesn't have any knickers on. They are at a restaurant and her husband is there but doesn't know what's going on. Nothing is shown. It is only discussed and the woman slides down in her chair.

A man monologue's his relationship with a married woman, saying her husband won't give her what she wants: bondage, sodomy, etc.

A woman leaves a message on a man's answering machine as she pleasures herself. The camera never shows her, but you hear her talking and "breathing heavily".

A man is shown going through his day in pain due to a sexual experience with a woman.

A man and woman take a bath together and her breasts poke through the bubbles in a few instances.

A man walks into a woman's room and she is in her bra and panties. She doesn't see him and he watches her for a few seconds before knocking on the door. She turns around and tells him he shouldn't just walk in like that.

A man kill's people in different ways as part of the primary plot of the movie. Anything gory is usually off-screen, but at times you'd see someone slump to the floor.

There are scenes of rioting protesters in the movie. People get punched, hit, shoved, etc. This is shown on-screen.

A man is shown shot in the forehead.

A man is held down in a bathtub and blood is seen in the water. Later he is shown sitting up in the tub with dead with his arms cut off.

There are many police photos with the victims of the murders.

Two boys are caught trespassing and the man who catches them rapes one of the boys. No nudity is shown, but he is seen thrusting into the boy while the boy is pinned to the ground. The boy is screaming for his friend the whole time. They are interrupted.

A man is knocked out by being hit over the head with a log. He is then beaten to death with the log.

A body is cut up in to pieces and displayed in a shop window as though it were cuts of meat for purchase.
