Osmosis Jones (2001)

After his wife's death, Frank neglects his health, turning his body into a germs battleground. But within him, there are cops, criminals, government officials, bums, and femmes fatales... Luckily, Osmosis Jones, a young white blood cell police agent inside him, steps up with his rookie partner Drix to combat the evil virus, Thrax, causing a severe illness in Frank's body.
