Storyline:  This unexpected Scorsese´s film portrayed on the desolated and despair streets of New York, paramedic Frank Pierce (Nicolas Cage) faces the emotional toll of his job, as well as tormented by the lives he failed to save. During three intense nights, he teeters on the edge of sanity, longing for his dismissal, but a glimmer of hope appears when he befriends the daughter of a victim.
