A male teen at the facility has a somewhat sudden outburst, screaming and banging on the table. There is a bit of a lead-up, however some might still find this quite upsetting (especially those sensitive to yelling/loud noises).

The main character has a reoccurring nightmare in which different people he knows die. The act is never shown, but it is portrayed in a distressing manner (screaming, flashing lights).
