The Assault (1998)

Ace police detective Stacy Palermo (Stacie Randall) thinks that babysitting a homicide witness is going to be a boring assignment. When the murderer turns out to be Blade, a vicious and powerful drug lord, Stacy and her witness must flee to a remote halfway house for abused women with Blade on their trail.
