Storyline:  Alejandro Mangino, a brilliant surgeon, loses confidence in himself and doubts his ability to operate. Just before a round-the-world trip, he falls in love with Lucía. During his travels he can’t stop thinking about her, and upon returning, discovers she has married his best friend. He tries to stay away, but struggles to overcome his obsessive feelings.
