Le congrès s'amuse (1931)

It was in Vienna in 1814, while Napoleon was held on the island of Elba, that the Princes of Europe decided to meet to decide the fate of France and share the remains of the Empire. As the Prince of Metternich pulls the strings of diplomacy and Talleyrand plots with his former enemies, the city sings and dances to forget the last battles that have bloodied it. As for the Tsar of Russia, he is disinterested in politics: he prefers to court a little Austrian glove much more. This will allow Napoleon to return to French soil.
