There is a scene with a lot of shouting and the girl breaks down in tears. The way she switches from out of control anger to crying and depression so quickly and can't control it is upsetting and very realistic.

In one scene she smashes a glass and runs water in a sink, holding a piece of glass near her wrist indicating she is going to cut herself. She is interrupted by her doctor and a toddler. A little blood is seen.
