Several of the men being interviewed are naked, and their penises are visible some or all of the time. It is all in a clinic-type situation, and not remotely sexual.

Men talk candidly about their sexual experiences including masturbation and intercourse, they talk about their thoughts on their penis size and how it affects them, they talk about their thoughts on seeing and being seen, and other related topics. The program is overtly sexual as the exposed men were all persuaded to expose their sex organs and speak about sex.
