Poppea's Hot Nights (1969)

The erotic adventures of Poppea since she meets Calpurnia, the brothel madam and starts her social ascent. She falls in love with the consul Claudio Valerio, but can't marry him because he must run away hunted by the Pretorian soldiers. Emperor Nero orders a statue of the goddess Venus and she poses for it. Yet, Lucrezia, the wife of Senator Tarquinius, sees the statue first, and takes her home instead. Her heart still longs for Claudio, but ends up marrying Nero and becoming empress of Rome.
