Storyline:  Criminal mastermind Fantômas targets journalist Fandor after a fabricated interview. He kidnaps him and stages a major crime while posing as Fandor, damaging his name. When Commissaire Juve closes in, Fantômas strikes again disguised as the officer. Fandor, Juve and Hélène join forces to pursue him, unsure of who holds the advantage.
