The first story a woman gets ready for bed, disrobing from her dress into a night gown. Her bare back and legs are focused on by the camera, reference is also made to her body in a sexually aggressive manner. There is also a lesbian subtext present.

During an attack, a woman's nightgown slips off her shoulder, exposing the top of her breast but not showing explicit nudity.

When a woman is sleeping, her heaving breasts are focused on for a couple seconds.

Throughout the film, several women appear in attire that accentuates cleavage in a subtle, non-sexual manner, with costumes designed to highlight modest anatomical detail.

No nudity or outright sex in the film, though we do see a couple of female leads disrobing. In the first case, the woman is facing away from the camera, lifts her shirt off to reveal a bra strap, and the camera quickly pans away. In the second instance, she is wearing a non-revealing camisole-type undergarment and walks off-camera toward the bathroom for a shower.

The segment "The Telephone" centers around a woman receiving constant sexual harassment over phone calls. These are not overly vulgar, but are still suggestive in nature.

The first story (third story in the Italian version) focuses heavily on themes of death. We see two bodies after their deaths, eyes wide and staring, with frightened looks frozen on their faces. A woman is forced to choke herself to death by a supernatural force.

The third story (second story in the Italian version) is about vampires, and there is a notion of bloodsucking and some violence but the effects are not realistic, gory or bloody.

No memorable profanity. Perhaps a "damn" or a "hell" or two.

Some characters do smoke.

By far the most frightening of all three stories is the first (third story in the Italian version.) It features a rich and terrifying atmosphere from the very start. Color, light, props and set pieces are used masterfully to create overall feelings of dread.

The dead witch in bed is quite unsettling. She is shown close up at least twice, and her grotesque, lifeless face is very, very creepy.

Most of the latter portion of the story is atmospheric horror. Noises. Suspense. "What's behind that corner?" type stuff. However, when the ghost of the dead witch attacks the female lead at the end of the story, that is once again a very intense and disturbing scene.
