Storyline:  Louisa, a widow dressed in black, wants to give her $211 million to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service, which suspects an April Fools' joke. In therapy with her unstable psychiatrist, Dr. Stephanson, she recounts her four marriages, in which each husband grew wealthy and died prematurely, blending flashbacks with surreal fantasy sequences to explain her motives.
